Join our esteemed Acute Care Hospital, a MAGNET-recognized facility in vibrant Orange, CA. We are seeking experienced professionals for our Mother-Baby/Couplet Care/Postpartum unit.
About the role
- Patient ratios: 1:4
- Floating between similar units
- Block scheduling at manager’s discretion
- Facility may call off once per two-week pay period (guaranteed hours)
- Charting via Epic
Our facility has 426 staffed beds, offering a dynamic and comprehensive care experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Active BLS and NRP certifications (pending licenses not accepted)
- Active license at time of submission (RTO must be included)
