Registered Nurse/Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum

About the Role

Responsible for providing direct patient care to specific patient populations effectively using the nursing process—Assessment, Planning, Implementation & Continual Reassessment—as the foundation for care delivery. Serves as a patient advocate; effectively coordinates care and continually promotes safety and clinical/service quality in daily practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Continual Reassessment).
• Act as a patient advocate and coordinate care to ensure safety and clinical/service quality.
• May float to Labor & Delivery (L&D) to serve as a baby nurse.

Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
• Active RN (Registered Nurse) license.

Schedule

• Night Shift: 5x8-hour shifts (1500–2330) per week.
• Every other weekend required.
• No on-call shifts.
