Registered Nurse - Mood Disorder Unit - Full Time Days
About the Role
In this role, the Registered Nurse will work with individuals suffering from depression, bipolar disorders, and other conditions manifesting mood symptoms. You will perform various procedures and tasks essential to delivering top-notch, patient-centered care, optimizing the patient experience, and providing support throughout the continuum of care. You will participate in initiatives focused on improving nursing practice and collaborate with leading healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mood disorders.
- Perform essential nursing procedures and tasks.
- Support patients throughout their continuum of care.
- Participate in initiatives to improve nursing practice and patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
- Current New York State RN license.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of acute care RN experience in psychiatric nursing.
Schedule
This is a full-time position working 12-hour days from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, including rotating weekends.

Pay
Salary Range: $117,643 - $125,775/Annual
