Position Overview Provide direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and communicating patient conditions.Serve as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary team efforts to ensure well-coordinated patient care.Follow physician and nursing orders accurately and assess discharge planning needs with healthcare team members. Qualifications And Skills Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing prior to employment.Current BLS certification within 1 month and Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire, accepted from AHA or Red Cross.Diploma from an accredited nursing school or college. Key Duties Implement patient care interventions and monitor patient status.Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care.Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and protocols to deliver safe, effective nursing services.
