We are seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). Key Responsibilities Include Implementing and monitoring patient care plansServing as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary team collaborationFollowing physician and nursing orders accuratelyAssessing and coordinating discharge planning with healthcare team members Qualifications Current RN licensure from the Alabama Board of NursingBasic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hireAdvanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hireDiploma from an accredited nursing program Skills and attributes: strong teamwork, communication, and patient assessment abilities.
