Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license as per state requirements.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or specialty certifications may be required based on the unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care with adherence to standards and organizational mission.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and rights.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
