Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Supervise and direct unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Contribute to safety and promote high-quality patient experiences

Qualifications & Skills

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois required
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
• BLS/CPR Certification required
• Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new graduates preferred

Key Duties

• Deliver patient-centered care independently on a designated unit
• Guide and support team members to achieve quality care
• Ensure safety and effective communication within the healthcare team
