About the role
This role involves working on an 18-bed Dedicated Education Unit focused on nursing education and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a preceptor for senior nursing students.
- Guide students in caring for Medical Telemetry patients with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
- Support student learning and ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Foster leadership skills among students.
Qualifications
- Graduation from a nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure.
- Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card.
