The role involves caring for Medical Telemetry patients on an 18-bed Dedicated Education Unit focused on nursing education and leadership development. As a nurse, you will act as a preceptor to senior nursing students, guiding them in patient care within a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio during day shifts. The position emphasizes mentorship, education, and excellence in patient care, with support from clinical rotation preceptors.
