Registered Nurse - Medical Tele Days Part Time

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care based on evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—tailoring care to individual patient needs.Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.Coordinate and document safe, quality care while promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.Support professional development by mentoring colleagues and participating in performance improvement activities.Advocate for evidence-based practice, research, and adherence to regulatory standards.Assist in developing protocols, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years RN experience with direct patient care preferred.Licensed as a Registered Nurse (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certified.Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.Proficiency in technology and documentation required.
