About the role

We are seeking a skilled RN specialized in Med Surg/Telemetry to provide patient care on a 3 x 12 hour night shift schedule. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing services in a hospital setting, managing patient assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Med Surg/Telemetry units
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient information accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Experience in Med Surg and Telemetry nursing preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
