Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical / Surgical Observation Unit, Full Time, Nights

Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. Coordinate patient care with various departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with mission, values, and service standards. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and assess patient needs. Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and documentation requirements. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a current RN license per state requirements. Must meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and performing various movements. Certifications required include ACLS and BLS, with additional unit-specific certifications as needed.
