Role Overview Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by colleagues. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and adheres to mission, values, and service standards. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and support multidisciplinary team coordination.Evaluate care effectiveness and ensure quality standards are met.Maintain patient rights and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, with ongoing compliance.Certifications in BLS and ACLS; other unit-specific certifications as required.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and kneeling movements.
