Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical, Pulmonary, Renal

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive bedside care to adult patients with complex pulmonary and renal conditions, including post-surgical and chronic disease management.
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement in care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support quality and safety initiatives within the unit.
• Mentor and support newer staff members to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical skills in medical-surgical, pulmonary, and renal care.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
