About the Role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They operate within organizational policies, ensuring professional growth and accountability, while maintaining practice standards and coordinating patient care among staff to deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.
• Coordinate and oversee nursing activities of assigned staff.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards of practice.
• Maintain professional development and accountability in nursing roles.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Hospital experience, bachelor’s degree, advanced certifications, and at least one year of hospital nursing experience.

Pay

Position may include a sign-on bonus up to $2,500.

Schedule

Work hours are from 7A to 7P.
