Responsibilities
- Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.
- Deliver patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, incorporating cultural competence.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.
- Cookordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration and timely documentation.
- Engage in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Contribute to professional development by mentoring and maintaining competencies.
- Support resource-efficient care and participate in protocol development to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Current RN license (single or multi-state compact).
- BLS certification required upon hire.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
