Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical (Oncology) - Full-Time - Days

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, incorporating cultural competence.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.
• Cookordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration and timely documentation.
• Engage in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Contribute to professional development by mentoring and maintaining competencies.
• Support resource-efficient care and participate in protocol development to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN license (single or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
