Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. They practice in accordance with professional and organizational standards, including the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.Deliver patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, incorporating cultural competence.Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration and timely documentation.Engage in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.Contribute to professional development by mentoring and maintaining competencies.Support resource-efficient care and participate in protocol development to optimize outcomes. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).Current RN license (single or multi-state compact).BLS certification required upon hire.Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
