Role Overview The registered nurse provides direct and indirect patient care, collaborates with healthcare teams, and utilizes critical thinking to ensure high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, patient education, and assisting with procedures. The nurse addresses psychosocial needs, promotes safety, and practices cost-effective care. Effective communication and teamwork are essential for optimal patient support. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.RN licensure with BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Computer literacy required; ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.Ability to perform treatments, prioritize care, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrates compassion, integrity, and ongoing professional development. Key Duties Assess patients accurately based on their condition.Administer prescribed medications and perform treatments.Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans.Assist physicians and address psychosocial needs.Ensure safety practices and resource management.
