Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical ICU

Responsibilities

• Providing high‑acuity, evidence‑based care to complex adult patients
• Performing comprehensive assessments and managing ventilators and critical IV infusions
• Interpreting telemetry and developing individualized care plans
• Collaborating with intensivists and interdisciplinary teams
• Educating patients and families on care and recovery
• Adhering to safety and infection‑control protocols
• Responding effectively to emergencies

Qualifications and Skills

• Current RN licensure
• Experience in ICU or critical care settings preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
