Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical ICU

Role Overview

Responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, and ensuring coordinated care across disciplines in a Medical Surgical ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on physician and nursing orders.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient status effectively.
• Serve as a primary coordinator among healthcare team members for seamless patient care.
• Assess discharge planning needs and collaborate with team members to facilitate patient transitions.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a valid multi-state license.
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 1 month of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.
