Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical ICU

About the role

Provide care to pediatric and young adult patients in a high-volume Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit, specializing in post-surgical, transplant, neurosurgical, craniofacial, orthopedic, and trauma cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients with complex, rapidly changing, life-threatening or potentially life-threatening conditions across a wide age range.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced environment that offers opportunities for learning and career development, supported by comprehensive orientation.

Requirements

• BSN required
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience; 2 years in an acute care setting preferred
• Pediatric or adult ICU experience preferred, with pediatric ICU experience highly valued
• Massachusetts RN licensure
