About the role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, contributing to care planning and promoting patient outcomes.
• Deliver safe, effective care according to policies, prioritizing patient needs and coordinating care flow.
• Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring communication with care team members.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives, suggesting solutions, and supporting organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing training and development.
• Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professional standards.
• Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and organizational policies, promoting shared governance and professional integrity.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical-thinking skills.
