Role Overview

This position is for a Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. The nurse acts as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, assisting in care planning and ensuring safe, effective care according to policies.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support organizational goals, and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor and support the growth of other nurses, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professional standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education includes an Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Required certifications: BLS and RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Must maintain current licenses and certifications, with a focus on professionalism, communication, and teamwork.
