Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical - Full-Time Night

About the Role

Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient- and family-centered care with adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Demonstrates evidence-based nursing practices across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop, update, and communicate individualized care plans, including discharge planning. Delegates tasks appropriately, monitors care quality, and utilizes performance data for continuous improvement. Educates patients and families, advocates for their needs, and maintains professional licensure and competency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• Relevant experience or completion of a residency program.
• Ability to work night shifts.
