Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical (Full-Time)

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical setting. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices to deliver individualized care. Responsibilities: Collaborate with patients and families, coordinate care, ensure documentation, promote team communication, participate in performance improvement, support evidence-based practice, and uphold safety standards. Develop protocols, support resource efficiency, and serve as a mentor or preceptor to foster workforce development.Qualifications: Licensure as an RN (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and completion of accredited nursing education. Less than one year of clinical experience required; preferred candidates have direct patient care experience.
