About the role
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to oversee unit staffing, coordinate patient care, and ensure quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assign, direct, and evaluate nursing/support staff during shifts
- Assess patient care needs and develop appropriate assignments
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers to optimize care
- Monitor and evaluate patient care effectiveness and address issues
- Respond to patient care concerns
- Contribute to staff hiring and training
- Maintain safety and perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing
- At least one year of RN experience
- Strong communication skills, physical stamina, and attention to detail
- Current BLS certification and RN licensure in applicable states
