Saint Luke's North Hospital is looking for a talented Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Medical Surgical Unit. Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Schedule: Part Time, 24 hours, Nights Supportive leadership team, with Nursing Assistants to assistIntensivists and NP’s work alongside RNs during shifts, Respiratory Therapy available at nightExtra incentives available for picking up additional shifts As a Med/Surg Nurse on this unit you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide patient care to patients with a variety of conditions, acuity levels, and treatment plans. This unit does provide care to some telemetry patients as well. This nursing position will provide you with variety in your day-to-day and allow you to expand and grow your nursing skills. Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures. Job Requirements Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various Associate Degree Job Details Part Time Night (United States of America)
