About the Role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with diverse medical and post-surgical conditions on the Med Surg 7B unit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer medications and treatments
• Coordinate and monitor care plans
• Monitor patient progress
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure safe care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
