Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

About the role

Saint Luke's North Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Medical‑Surgical Unit. The RN will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide patient care to individuals with a variety of conditions, acuity levels, and treatment plans, including some telemetry patients. This position offers variety in daily responsibilities and opportunities to expand nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Provide nursing care to patients with diverse conditions, acuity levels, and treatment plans, including telemetry patients.
• Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Delegate patient‑care tasks and supervise other patient‑care staff.
• Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients.
• Consult with other members of the health‑care team as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate proficiency and adhere to all policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.

Requirements

• Applicable experience: less than 1 year.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure (implied).

Schedule

Full‑time, 36 hours per week, night shift.
