Position Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They ensure adherence to organizational policies, maintain practice standards, and coordinate patient care activities to deliver quality nursing services.
