Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a 107-bed acute care setting.
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and educate patients and families on treatment and discharge procedures.
- Contribute to quality initiatives and participate in a patient-centered, team-focused environment.
Qualifications And Skills
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong clinical skills in medical-surgical nursing.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and compassionate care abilities.
- Desire to grow professionally and gain experience across multiple specialties.
