Role Overview
Provides direct medical-surgical nursing care, ensuring quality and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes nursing standards to develop and implement personalized care plans, assess patient needs, and evaluate outcomes.
- Establishes effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, advocating for patient needs.
- Applies evidence-based practices, promotes health education, and fosters a positive work environment through mentorship.
- Performs point of care testing and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure and BLS certification in the relevant state.
- No prior experience required.
- Physical ability to perform patient care tasks, including lifting and mobility.
- Requires strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork skills.
- Ensures compliance with licensing and certification requirements specific to each state.
