Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

About the Role

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinate patient care with other departments, maintain patient rights, and uphold confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state or with a compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, or specialty certifications may be required based on the unit.

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Capable of reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting to perform duties.
