About the role
Join a dynamic neuro medical-surgical team providing high-quality nursing care to patients with neurological, surgical, and medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Apply medical-surgical nursing standards to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Develop individualized care plans through assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care and set goals.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion, maintenance, and comfort measures.
- Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to patient demographics and clinical needs.
- Demonstrate leadership, effective communication, and foster a positive work environment.
- Perform point of care testing, ensure safety, and complete other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of registered nurse experience.
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including mobility and sensory skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team-oriented environment.
