Role: Registered Nurse in the Med Intermediate Float Pool Responsibilities Provide high-quality, intermediate-level nursing care across multiple medical-surgical and step-down units.Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications and IV therapies.Monitor complex patients and respond promptly to changes in their condition.Collaborate with clinicians in a research-driven environment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Support patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement in care.Adapt quickly to diverse patient populations and evolving workflows, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism.
