Registered Nurse - Medical Oncology Nights

About the Role

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary Acute Med/Onc Unit, utilizing top-of-scope nursing practices in moderate to high acuity settings.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize patient wellness and contribute to safety and quality initiatives
• Precept new staff and support evidence-based care
• Apply the nursing process and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Model proficiency and adapt to an innovative clinical environment to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• Current Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges
• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
