About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing technology, evidence-based practices, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and address patients’ physical and psychological needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs
• Participate in clinical team discussions
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Deliver quality patient care
• Document accurately
• Collaborate with the healthcare team
• Adhere to policies and procedures
• May include supervising other staff
• Participate in clinical conferences

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license
• BLS/ACLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to communicate compassionately
• Physical dexterity
• Ability to lift and move patients
• Proficiency in operating medical equipment
