About the role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in the medical oncology department. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans. Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
• Assess patient needs and document progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
• Experience in oncology nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
