maybe. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should map content accordingly. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need About the role: maybe the "Why Mayo Clinic" paragraph plus description of role? Could combine. Responsibilities: we have detailed responsibilities. Qualifications: we have qualifications. Skills: maybe from qualifications we can extract skills (communication, teamwork, computer skills, etc.) but we should not invent. We can include a Skills section if there is explicit list of skills. The posting mentions "Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Experience working in a team environment. Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred. Ability to work flexible hours... Ability to adapt... Demonstrated leadership, effective communicator, and excellent critical thinking skills." Those could be skills. We'll put them under Skills. Benefits: we have Benefits Highlights bullet list. Pay: we have compensation detail $43.84-$66.84. Schedule: we have Schedule Full Time Hours/Pay Period 48-72, Schedule Details etc. We must not include sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

About the role

Mayo Clinic is top-ranked in more specialties than any other care provider according to U.S. News & World Report. As we work together to put the needs of the patient first, we are also dedicated to our employees, investing in competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit plans – to take care of you and your family, now and in the future. And with continuing education and advancement opportunities at every turn, you can build a long, successful career with Mayo Clinic.

Location: Domitilla 2D (DO2D), Medical Neurology (General Care) Patient Care Type: Innovation unit which provides the highest quality care to patients on the stroke/cerebrovascular, epilepsy, and general neurology services. Our unit is part of the Joint Commission certified stroke center at St. Marys Campus. Within the epilepsy practice, patients undergo continuous video EEG monitoring for seizure disorders. General neurology patients present with a variety of acute or chronic health problems, often with multiple comorbidities to be managed. Complex discharge planning is often required to return these patients to the community. General medical and neurosurgical overflow patients may also be cared for on this unit. Bed #: 39 (8 of these are specialized for epilepsy monitoring). Nursing Team Roles: The care delivery model is relationship-centered nursing, which is further enhanced through multidisciplinary collaboration. Nursing practice is advanced by neuroscience specialty orientation and curriculum, a portion of the Fundamentals of Critical Care Nursing program, and basic ECG classes. Nurses continue their education by attending neuroscience specialty days and medical specialty nursing conferences. The registered nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. The RN will function within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, which includes accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients. The ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice provide a basis for the practice of the RN. The RN provides leadership through activities such as preceptor role, informal and formal leadership roles, and quality improvement efforts. The RN delegates patient care according to skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability and availability of resources. The RN possesses excellent communication skills; is skillful in mentoring and teaching; and may participate on committees or projects. A subset of employees may be required to drive their personal vehicle as a part of the responsibility of their role. For New Graduate Nurses: Please apply through the Nurse Residency Program posting, which is specifically designed to support new graduate RNs. Visit the Nurse Residency webpage for program details including current and upcoming application windows. Within the Nurse Residency application process, you may indicate work units and specialties of interest. If selected to move forward, you will meet with a Nursing Placement Coordinator who will help you explore Mayo Clinic opportunities that are best aligned with your current and future professional goals. Together, we’ll identify a work area that provides an excellent foundation for your nursing career. This role is eligible for TN sponsorship. Successful sponsorship will require state licensure and completion of the VisaScreen or equivalent certification.

But that's long; maybe split About the role and Responsibilities. Actually the "Why Mayo Clinic" is about the organization; responsibilities are separate. We'll put About the role as the Why Mayo Clinic paragraph. Then Responsibilities section with the detailed responsibilities. Let's extract responsibilities: The block after "Responsibilities" includes location description, patient care type, nursing team roles, RN accountability, etc. We'll put that in
  • items? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are not a simple list but we can break into list items for each duty. Could also use

      for prose. But rule: Use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert duties into list items. We'll parse responsibilities into bullet points. Responsibilities bullet points: - Location: Domitilla 2D (DO2D), Medical Neurology (General Care) - Patient Care Type: Innovation unit providing highest quality care to patients on stroke/cerebrovascular, epilepsy, and general neurology services; part of Joint Commission certified stroke center at St. Marys Campus. - Within epilepsy practice, patients undergo continuous video EEG monitoring for seizure disorders. - General neurology patients present with various acute or chronic health problems, often with multiple comorbidities requiring management; complex discharge planning often required. - General medical and neurosurgical overflow patients may also be cared for on this unit. - Bed #: 39 (8 specialized for epilepsy monitoring). - Nursing Team Roles: Relationship-centered nursing enhanced through multidisciplinary collaboration. - Nursing practice advanced by neuroscience specialty orientation and curriculum, portion of Fundamentals of Critical Care Nursing program, and basic ECG classes. - Nurses continue education via neuroscience specialty days and medical specialty nursing conferences. - RN accountable for coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. - RN supports professional nursing practice across settings and continuum to meet patient/family needs. - RN functions within Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model (planning, implementing, evaluating, communicating all phases of nursing care). - ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice basis for RN practice. - RN provides leadership via preceptor role, informal/formal leadership, quality improvement efforts. - RN delegates patient care according to skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability, resource availability. - RN possesses excellent communication skills; skillful in mentoring and teaching; may participate on committees/projects. - Subset of employees may be required to drive personal vehicle as part of role. - For New Graduate Nurses: apply through Nurse Residency Program (details elsewhere). - Role eligible for TN sponsorship (requires state licensure and VisaScreen or equivalent). We'll put these as
      • . Qualifications: list items: - Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN, CCNE, or NLN CNEA. - One year of RN experience required. - All entry-level associate degree RNs with RN start date April 1, 2020, and after must provide documented evidence of program completion of baccalaureate degree in nursing from accredited program within five years from last day of month of RN start date. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - Experience working in a team environment. - Computer skills required; prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred. - Ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends, on-call). - Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations. - Demonstrated leadership, effective communicator, excellent critical thinking skills. - Internal applicants must attach three most recent performance appraisals. under Qualifications or separate small note). Since not a standard heading, we can just include as a

after Qualifications. Compensation Detail: Pay $43.84-$66.84. Also mention innovative nursing compensation model, tuition reimbursement. We'll put under Pay section. Benefits: Benefits Highlights list: - Medical: Multiple plan options. - Dental: Delta Dental or reimbursement account for flexible coverage. - Vision: Affordable plan with national network. - Pre-Tax Savings: HSA and FSAs for eligible expenses. - Retirement: Competitive retirement package to secure your future. Skills section: we can extract from qualifications: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), Experience working in a team environment, Computer skills required (EMR preferred), Ability to work flexible hours, Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations, Demonstrated leadership, effective communicator, excellent critical thinking skills.
