Registered Nurse, Med/Tele Unit

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive bedside care to patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage complex telemetry and medical-surgical patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct timely patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Accurately document patient care and interventions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
