Registered Nurse in the Med/Tele Unit
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients in an acute care setting
- Provide comprehensive nursing care including medication administration, monitoring, and coordination of complex treatment plans
- Perform continuous cardiac rhythm observation and telemetry monitoring
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Prioritize patient safety and clinical quality
- Educate patients and families on ongoing care
Qualifications
- Current RN license
