Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and re‑assessments
- Develop the plan of care
- Implement appropriate patient care interventions
- Evaluate appropriate patient care interventions
- Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non‑licensed personnel in the provision of care to assigned patients
- Provide guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma or a multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
- Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstration of core competencies within 90 days
- Completion of unit‑specific competencies within 12 months

Full‑Time, weekend only.
