We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care and discharge plans
- Perform purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient comfort
Requirements
- Current Nevada nursing license
- Graduation from an accredited RN program
- Current BLS certification
- Preferably, one year of full-time or three years of part-time acute care experience
