Role Overview

The Staff Nurse delivers safe, compassionate nursing care across diverse patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, the nurse ensures optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and execute patient care based on clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and team members to coordinate treatment
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
• Current Illinois RN licensure and BLS certification
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
