Role Overview

The Staff Nurse provides safe, compassionate nursing care across diverse patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans. They collaborate with healthcare teams, including nurses and physicians, to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Delivering patient-centered nursing care

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
• Current Illinois RN licensure and BLS certification through AHA
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Pay

Hourly pay between $36.00 and $55.80, based on experience.
