Registered Nurse - Med Surg Supervisor

Hospitals on Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Med Surg Supervisor in the Annapolis, MD area. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to improve patient outcomes
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
• Manage nursing staff schedules and resources
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Maryland RN license
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Experience in one of the specified areas (Assistant Nurse Manager, CNO, etc.) is preferred
