Registered Nurse - Med Surg / Ortho

About the Role

Lead orthopedic recovery by developing specialized care plans focused on pain management, wound care, and safe mobility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure treatment aligns with patient goals.
• Monitor patient progress for early detection of complications.
• Educate patients and families for a successful discharge and transition back to daily life.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license from the Indiana Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.

• Strong clinical intuition.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities.

Schedule

The role involves night shifts.
