As a Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg Oncology B3 Team, you will deliver care in a setting dedicated to improving lives through seamless, innovative, and equitable healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal healthcare strategy plan for each patient.
- Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program (BSN strongly encouraged).
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.

Pay
The base hourly pay range for this position is $36.00 - $90.14. Actual compensation is determined based on factors such as seniority, education, training, relevant experience, certifications, geography, job responsibilities, shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime, and other applicable pay practices.
