Registered Nurse, Med Surg-Post Surgery A3, 24 Hrs Nights

Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patients progress and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
- Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program (required)
- BSN strongly encouraged (preferred)
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred
- Influenza vaccination required as a condition of employment
Schedule
Two 12‑hour shifts including every third weekend and holiday group rotation.
Pay
Pay range: $36.00 – $90.14 per hour (base hourly wage). Actual compensation based on seniority, education, training, relevant experience, certifications, geography, job responsibilities, and other lawful factors; may exceed base rate with shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime, etc.
