Requirements

• Valid Idaho RN licensure or eligibility with the Idaho State Board of Nursing.
• Certified independently by the CMO and CNO/CNM before working independently in the ER.
• Taken TNCC or ATLS classes.
• Current BLS certification required.

Skills/Competencies

• RN2, RN3, and RN4 must obtain and maintain current ACLS, PALS, and NRP certification.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, use good judgment in patient care, and communicate effectively.
