Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Use clinical expertise, critical thinking, and compassionate approach to deliver exceptional care and help improve outcomes for patients and their families.
• Function independently and be accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinate the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegate tasks appropriately.
• Identify hospital resources.
• Serve as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrate positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
• Qualified candidates will be considered for positions that best align with their experience, interests, and organizational needs.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
